So for my 30 day experience, I am giving up caffeine. This is a big thing for me because I have basically been addicted to since childhood. Since im going to be completely caffeine free, I also have to give up other favorite things like CHOCOLATE! I actually just discovered that chocolate contains caffeine the other day when doing research so I realize now how hard this is going to be. At the end of this experience im hoping that im no longer dependent on caffeine to have energy and feel good during the day. Lets see how this goes.
